Starting August 2, 2010 Free Price Later on Corn and Soybeans will be offered on grain delivered on or after August 2, 2010 until Friday September 10, 2010 at 12:45 P.M. subject to change on space availability without prior notice.
On Friday, September 10th, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. FCE will price all Price Later and grain classified as “open” grain at the FCE cash price without prior notice to the producer.
*Price Later grain cannot be put on a warehouse receipt or grain bank once it is placed into a price later contract*
*Any grain under CCC Loan cannot be put into a Price Later contract*
Starting on Friday September 10th, 2010 at 12:46 P.M. all grain brought in will be subject to the Fall 2010 Grain Policies which will be posted at a later date.
